A month away from New York and tomorrow I go back. I spent the past week back in Tupelo with the exception of one night in Oxford to visit my friend Alexis. Oxford is an interesting place. Sort of a stopping point between places but it is a college town so maybe it doesn’t know any better. Faulkner made it back there in the end. Buried.
I could have saved up and gone to an artist residency...
